Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day administrative operations of Confido Mobile. The Administrator will play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks related to employee management and finances, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget management, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative inquiries and support requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to HR and finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on HR and/or finance administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS and accounting software preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR and finance regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
